Cake Break

27th - 30th May

Well the cakes were well and truely scoffed!

I decided to host the cake break a week later, as we have a open weekend that week and more people come to the nursery, so logic tells me, thats more cakes to sell.

A big thank you for baking the cakes:

Pauline & Kevin for the Dorset Apple cake, Carrot cake and the Banana & Walnut cake. Paulines Brother Joe for the bread pudding.Paulines friend Jean Gee wanted to bake a cake but unfortunatley she was late back off holiday and didn`t have time so donated a couple of shop cakes. Carole for the lovely heart shaped Lemon cakes, Mom for the Rock cakes and Coconut & cherry cake and not forgetting Jackie for the fairy cakes, flapjacks and the famous Carrot cake.

A thank you to our daughter Claire for selling cakes at her work making £28.

Thanks also to everyone who brought a cake or donated money, and a mention for Paul for almost buying half the cakes .... and he still didn`t put any weight on!

The grand total raised including Claires money was £134.10
