Sky Dive

Claire & Katy did a tandem skydive from 13`000 ft at Brackley airfield, Sunday 5th April 2009, 1pm

13,000ft, that`s just over two miles high. To be exact, 5,280ft is a mile. The girls will fall at up to 120 mph, thats 32ft a second. At that speed it will take the one minute to reach the ground. Obviously the parachute will open at about a mile high and it will take about 5 minutes to land.It will take the plane about 15 minutes to reach that altitude.

The girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves and would love to do it again. We would like to say a big thanks to you both for doing such a brave thing.
