Aromatherapy

Don Campbell - M.phil.,B.A.,Cert.Ed, R.S.A sports massage, Cert full body massage, Dip.Aromatherapy, Ultrasound cert. a trained therapist with 10 years experience gave a talk on Aromatherapy along with his assistant Penny.

Don talked about oil profiles and their history, effects of massage and massage technique definitions.

There were scents to be identifyed & what they are best used for.This was done in a quiz form and enabled us to find out what was our favorite scent is.

Don then demonstrated various massages, which we practised on each other. I must say we went home very relaxed.

With a raffle we raised £83. Thanks to everyone who came along, Don & Penny for the talk and John at the D.D.S & S club.
